Moraira is located between Valencia and Alicante, nestled in a hilly and mountainous landscape with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. It is an old fishing village that has been tastefully expanded over the years. It now offers a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, a harbor with a number of luxury yachts alongside traditional fishing boats and two beautiful sandy bathing bays with lifeguards, pedal boats, beach loungers and beach cafes. The shallow waters allow safe bathing for all ages. There is a large weekly market every Friday that is not to be missed. There is also a small amusement park for children and numerous excursions to the local attractions and the mountainous hinterland.

Die Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca in eastern Spain refers to the coast of the Spanish province of Alicante and stretches for 200 km from the city of Dénia in the north to Pilar de la Horadada in the south. The name Costa Blanca was invented by the tourism industry in the 1950s and is a reference to the traditional white-painted houses, the white sand and rocky beaches and the contrast between the blue sea and the bright coast. Due to the mild Mediterranean climate, easy accessibility with airports in Valencia and Alicante as well as motorway and regional trains, good infrastructure, stunning scenery, white sandy beaches, culture and history and relatively low property prices.
