We spent a wonderful week at villa Los Leudis. The view from the villa is amazing and the proximity to the town is just perfect at 1km away. There is a supermarket just 5 mins walk away along with 2 pubs that serve food and breakfasts if that's your thing.
The area is outstanding with so many wonderful restaurants to choose from. We particularly liked The Olive Tree, ca pepe and a little further out but with amazing views La Cumbre.
The area boasts 11 Michelin star restaurants within 30km which means that all food places are raised to a high standard.
We have stayed in Denia, Xabia and Calpe but from now on our choice will be here.

This is the 5th time that we have been able to spend a holiday at La Alhaja. It was 4 lovely weeks. Everything was perfect, both in terms of the weather and in the bungalow.
Service was also impeccable as always.

Aug23. We have just spent 2 weeks in the lovely villa Los Leudis. The villa has a superb location on the hillside with views to Moraira and the sea from the pool terrace. The villa is very spacious with a homely feel. The pool terrace has colourful shrubs and palm trees. The rear of the villa has stepped gardens with shrubs, trees and cacti. There are also several small sitting areas. The villa, pool and gardens are well maintained and clean.
The pool terrace has sun beds and the pool is about 1 metre deep at the steps to 2.5 metres at the deep end.
Inside the villa the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, both have ceiling fans and air con. The lounge is large and comfortable but we spent most of our time outside on the covered veranda which has large opening doors to the front and sides.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to self cater.
From the villa there are 2 restaurants and a well stocked supermarket less than 10 minutes walking distance. There are 5 large supermarkets on the Teulada road about 5 minutes drive. Lots of restaurants in Moraira about 5 mins drive to the large car park.
The roads around the villa have lots of banks, few paths or street lights I think it would take about 40 mins to walk into Moraira.
We rate this Villa highly and would rebook.

Hello Rosi, hello Klaus, we tried to calculate how many times we have spent our holidays in Villa Los Leudis. We don't know exactly, 4 or 5 times, but we know one thing for sure, the 3 weeks this year were definitely not the last time, because we feel so comfortable thanks to your care and your hospitality. If there are any minor problems, Klaus is there straight away and everything is sorted out. Stay healthy, we will do our best to see you again on your next holiday.

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in villa Los Leudis. Klaus and Rosi are the perfect hosts. Check-in was very smooth, even cold drinks were ready. The house is very nice upon arrival and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Good mattresses, perfect view and a nice swimming pool.

We have spent two excellent holiday weeks in the villa "Los Leudis". It is located in a quiet area, close to shops and Moraira and is well equipped. We cannot lose sight of the sea.
Rosi and Klaus (who speak good French) are very welcoming and attentive. Thank you to you. We hope to be able to return to this very pleasant and reassuring place.

Dear Leutloff family,
We spent two weeks with our teenagers as a family at your place in La Alhaja. It was lovely, we almost always had the pool to ourselves. We were on the tower above El Portet, in Javea, in Altea in the old town and several times on the beautiful beach in Calpe and also in Moraira.
Everything in the house was well equipped, we were very happy about the air conditioning. The mini mosquitoes were annoying at times.

Luckily for us, as it turned out later, we found Rosi and Klaus's residential paradise "Los Leudis" in Moraira on the Internet and booked six lucky weeks.
We arrived via Bilbao and Avila on April 28th and left our homeland after six wonderful weeks.
Highlights during our R&K experience include at least:
Hospitality of Rosi and Klaus.
beautiful holiday villa in a good and quiet location with open views over Moraira and the sea.
Finely lit swimming pool with water of 28 degrees during our time.
many great restaurants in the town and the surrounding area; something for everyone.
very beautiful hilly landscape, perfect for driving, cycling and hiking, with delicious typical restaurants at the top.
nice weather and only 1 day of rain over the whole period..
finally El Portet with a beautiful beach and pleasant terraces.

Dear Rosi and Klaus, we would like to thank you very much for your hospitality and hope that you remain in good health for many years to come. See you next year in 2023 as discussed.

Winter 6 December 2021-18 February 2022 was the warmest and sunniest winter in many years. La Alhaja has a garden and a balcony on the south side.The house is a really comfortable place to stay with central heating for the evenings, a well equipped kitchen and a fast internet connection for the laptop. Living in luxurious Moraira with all the shops, restaurants and supermarkets makes the daily hustle done easely which leaves plenty of time to celebrate sun and holidaytime.

Great experience of teleworking in Spain. The villa "Los Leudis" serves as our office for three weeks and allows us to combine work and pleasure. The house is very well equipped (no wifi problem!) and we particularly liked the veranda, which is perfect for working or taking meals, all while enjoying an incredible view of the sea. This time we were able to spend 4 lovely weeks in La Alhaja. For us it is still the perfect house in a very good complex. The large pool is around the corner, the terrace is more than enough for relaxing. The house has everything you need and if a problem should ever arise, the Leutloff family is there straight away. The gamble takes us to Rosi and Klaus in their villa Los Leudis.
Only regret, we didn't know them before!!!
The hotels in Or. We've had fantastic holidays, everyone loves them! The pool, the quiet, the sea view, nearby amenities, private parking space...
When we arrived, we were greeted by Klaus (who speaks French). The villa was very clean, fresh drinks were waiting for us.
We really think that we have poured it!!
Paradise at a low price, thank you Rosi and Klaus!!

I want to let you know that the 3 weeks in Los Leudis were once again the highlight of our holiday in Moraira. You can see that despite the difficult times you put your heart and soul into the complex and do everything to offer your guests the perfect place to stay during their holiday.
We felt perfectly looked after again and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Once again we had a lovely holiday in the Villa "Los Leudis" (despite Corona).
We go to Moraira regularly and have been doing so for 20 years, at least once a year. We often go twice. It is our favorite villa. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the town and not least of the sea. The house offers everything you need for a nice relaxing holiday. The care from the Leutloff family is always excellent. We will definitely spend our vacation in our favorite villa again in 2021, if "Corona" does not prevent us from doing so.

Dear Leutloff family.

We, the 4 Jahns, spent two wonderful weeks at your Finca Los Leudis and unfortunately have returned home to everyday life. (July 25th - August 8th, 2020)
Everything was great: the friendly service, the house equipped with everything your heart could desire, the great pool, WiFi - important for the young kids - worked perfectly, the view of the sea was a dream...
I miss the swimming laps in the beautifully landscaped pool and the breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea, the barbecue was great (sweet barbecue corner) and also the
The air conditioning worked perfectly, so we were able to sleep wonderfully at night. We felt very comfortable despite Corona. We felt that the requirements in Spain were important and correct and, just like the Spaniards and holidaymakers in the Moraira area, we accepted them and followed them as best as we could.
We will remember this holiday for a long time...
The town of Moraira is also beautiful to look at and the market is worth a visit.
Thanks again for everything, maybe we'll come back again if we're allowed...

Dear Leutloff family,
We are spending the - unfortunately - last few days on your beautiful finca "Los Leudis". We were here for 14 days.
Everything was great, the welcome with cold drinks after arrival was top-notch, the beautifully situated pool, the beautiful view of the sea and Moraira, the veranda, the furnishings, especially the kitchen - perfect -, the air conditioning worked, the weather was good too, and important for my teenage kids: the WiFi worked very well.
We didn't miss anything. I'm already going to miss swimming laps in the pool and having breakfast together on the veranda with a view of the sea...We really enjoyed it as a family.
The market in Moraira on Friday mornings is highly recommended.
All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday, even during the "Corona period". We quickly got used to the Corona regulations in Spain.
Thanks again for the good support on site.
Maybe we'll come back!

This is what happened years ago when we rented our holiday homes in Moraira to Klaus & Rosi Leutloff. We stayed in the villa "Clemens" and in two houses in Florida Park. The residences are pleasant, clean and very well maintained.
The rates offered are very competitive and the Leutloff are very professional in the rental process, but also they are very welcoming and warm. It is safe to say that we continue to work with you.

Pure relaxation... you can't get more than that!
It was a very relaxing holiday in the Bugalow La Alhaja, with enough space for 4 adults and a child... nothing was missing!
A lovely holiday for three generations, even for the youngest holidaymaker (3 years old) everything was provided by the friendly landlords.
Great organization from booking ... through arrival to departure.
We would love to come back to enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and Moraira from the balcony.

We had a fantastic holiday in the bungalow in calle eucalipthus nr 12.
The house is very modern and cozy and has a lot of comfort.From the terrace you can see the sea.
The kitchen is new and has all the equipment you need.
There is also air conditioning in the house.
The pool is very close and you can reach it through the garden.
The house has two levels.
So our oldest girls had their own apartment with kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and bedroom.
We would love to come back next year!
Klaus and Rosemarie are very friendly and helpful.
It was a superb stay here!

Just returned from a wonderful 10 day holiday at Villa Los leudis in moraira . The villa was fully equipped and comfortable and the pool and gardens were amazing (lemons and tomatoes to pick) and great views towards town and the sea. We spent our holiday in Moraira this year (June 16th - June 30th, 2018) again in Villa Los Leudis. We have been booking Villa Los Leudis regularly (at least once a year) since 2000. Moraira and the villa could be described as our second home. We always feel at home there and enjoy the house with its good location, the pool and, last but not least, the good care provided by the Leutloff family. When we arrived at Villa Los Leudis, all we had to do was "unpack our suitcases and the holiday can begin".

We have stayed in "Los Leudis" 3 winters now, from late October until mid April. We really like the house and the surroundings. When you read the owners description we can assure you everything is just as it says! There is a short walk to the beach and it is marked every Friday. The view from the terrace is magnificent although there is shadow on the terrace at around 5 o'clock because of the neighbours trees, but not in summertime. The owners are very kind and helpful, we look forward to staying in the house next winter as well!

But this is the only thing we missed in the past 3 weeks (29.08.-18.09.2010).

Otherwise, we can only join the long line of very satisfied previous tenants and sing the praises of Villa Los Leudis:
A well-kept, clean and fully furnished holiday home. All items are of good quality and present in sufficient quantity.
The holiday home is in a prominent location above Moraira. Therefore, everything - whether the town center or the sandy beach, the weekly shop or supermarket, the bakery or restaurants - can be easily reached on foot in a short time. And the view of the sea and Moraira: unique!
Due to its central location between the cities of Valencia and Alicante, Moraira offers the possibility of reaching all coastal towns in this section of the Costa Blanca via a well-developed road network within 20 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour. Excursions into the mountainous hinterland are also highly recommended.
Last but not least, we would like to thank our landlords for their very competent and courteous support.
