Description:
The bungalow was extensively renovated in 2024, all floors were redone, the kitchen replaced, the entire bathroom renovated and a walk-in shower installed, as well as the terraces modernized. The bungalow is in a very modern top condition. The bungalow is located in the Floridapark holiday complex. Characterized by a beautiful, well-kept complex with palm trees and a large communal pool. Since the communal area is fenced, it is ideal for families with children. The city and the beaches are about a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest restaurant is only 200 meters away.
The house has 2 bedrooms for a total of 4 people. There is a very modern open American kitchen and a large living and dining area. There is a glazed terrace at the entrance and 2 outdoor terraces with a barbecue area in front of and behind the house. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is very easy to access, especially for older people. The communal area has a large pool in the center and grassy areas for relaxation. The house has been completely refurbished to a high standard in a modern German-Spanish style.
The facilities include:
Central heating with hot water, internet access (fast WiFi with 1GB fiberglass, air conditioning, satellite TV, (Amazon Prime etc. capable), washing machine, dishwasher, large modern fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fans, iron, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. The windows have double glazing and shutters and are secured with iron grilles.
