Description:
The corner bungalow "La Alhaja" is located on a small hill with a wonderful sea view in the small community "Florida Park" in a quiet, park-like environment with a large communal pool in the center. It is about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the town and the beaches, and 200 m to the nearest restaurant.
The house has 2 bedrooms for 4 people upstairs, 1 shower room, a living room with American kitchen, a total of about 73 sqm. There is also a granny flat downstairs (about 39 sqm), which can be rented or can remain empty and locked. It consists of a double bedroom (2 people) with TV corner, bathroom and kitchen. The house also has several terraces, a carport and a subtropical garden with 2 small fish ponds.
The facilities include:
Central heating with hot water, internet access, air conditioning,
Sat/Smart TV, radio with CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fans, iron, etc.
The windows have double glazing, mosquito nets and shutters and are secured with iron gratings.
Bringing pets is not possible!
