Description:
The granny flat (for non-smokers only!) is located in a detached house with a private pool in a subtropical, fully overgrown and secluded garden that is sunny all day long on a small hill partly covered with pine trees in a quiet side street. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the town and the beaches, and 400 m to the nearest supermarket/restaurant.
The apartment has 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 shower room and a living room with an American kitchen. The numerous terraces with patio furniture and sun loungers, the pool and the large barbecue can of course be used. Access from the street to the apartment and the terraces is completely step-free. Extra-wide doors make access to the rooms easier, even for people with walking difficulties. The apartment has been furnished in a cozy Spanish style.
The facilities include:
Central heating with hot water, satellite TV, radio with CD player, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fans, iron, etc.
The windows have double glazing, mosquito nets and shutters and are secured by iron gratings.
Pets are not allowed!
